REGION II β AT A GLANCE
Six Things That Matter
What sets Trovemark sessions apart from generic seminars or online resources.
A Map, Not a Manual
Sessions help you build your own picture of your records β we do not tell you what to do with them.
Kind Facilitation
The tone of every session is respectful and unhurried. Participants move through material at a pace that suits them.
Usable Materials
Worksheets and templates are designed to be picked up and used the same week β not filed away and forgotten.
No Advice Boundary
Trovemark never crosses into legal, financial, or professional advisory territory. The boundary is clear and consistent.
Small Group Design
Groups are capped so that each participant can engage meaningfully, ask questions, and feel heard.
Relevant to Thailand
Our content reflects the context of families living in Thailand, including expatriates and those managing records across countries.
REGION III β IN DEPTH
A Closer Look at Each Benefit
BENEFIT 01
Facilitation by People Who Know This Subject
Our facilitators have spent years working in community education and document organisation. They understand what families are typically unclear about, where the common gaps tend to appear, and how to present information in a way that does not overwhelm. Sessions are not designed by generalists reading from a slide deck β they are designed by people who have sat with dozens of families and listened to what they actually found helpful.
BENEFIT 02
Practical Tools That Serve a Real Purpose
Every workshop participant receives physical worksheets and digital templates they can use in their own home. These materials are not decorative β they are working documents. The mapping worksheet helps you identify every category of record, where it currently lives, and whether it needs to be updated or consolidated. The folder template provides a simple organisational structure that works regardless of how many documents you have.
BENEFIT 03
Accessible Before, During, and After
Enquiries before booking are welcome β we are glad to answer questions about how sessions are structured and what they cover. During sessions, the pace is set by the group. Atlas Members continue to receive new resources throughout their membership year, and can attend community sessions as they become available. You are not left with a single afternoon's notes and no further support.
BENEFIT 04
Clear, Transparent Pricing
The cost of each programme is stated clearly: ΰΈΏ3,600 for Mapping Your Records, ΰΈΏ11,500 for the Family Intentions Workshop, and ΰΈΏ28,000 for a full year of Atlas Membership. There are no hidden add-ons, no follow-up packages sold during sessions, and no pressure to upgrade. Participants decide what, if anything, they want to continue with at their own pace.
BENEFIT 05
Something Concrete to Show for the Time Spent
The measure of a useful workshop is what you leave with. Trovemark participants consistently describe leaving with a completed worksheet, a clearer sense of what needs attention, and β in the case of the Family Intentions Workshop β a set of conversation notes that give their family a shared reference point. The sessions are not motivational or inspirational in tone; they are practical and purposeful.

REGION V β WHAT ONLY WE OFFER
Distinctive to Trovemark
These features exist because we designed them to solve a specific gap β not because they were standard elements to fill a template.
The Atlas Mapping Worksheet
Trovemark's own document-mapping worksheet, developed over several years of sessions, covering all common record categories in a single, clear format.
Family Conversation Prompt Cards
Included in the Family Intentions Workshop, these prompt cards are designed to open specific conversations in a gentle way β and to be taken home and used again independently.
An Expatriate-Aware Framework
Our general education content acknowledges the particular situation of families managing records across more than one country β a common reality in Phuket and across Thailand.
Community Recordings in Atlas
Atlas Members can access recordings of past community sessions, making it possible to revisit topics and learn at their own pace between live sessions.
